Duties and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Process Senior Analyst will be an integral member of the HR Shared Service Operations organization and plays a key role as a thought leader using innovative thinking and driving operational initiatives that will improve the HR team and Colleague experience.  As the catalyst for HR process, policy, and systems transformation, you are a highly visible collaborator and thought leader within HR, working with a wide-range of cross-functional partners to ensure HR continues to provide exceptional service to our colleagues across the Bank and improve the HR function as a whole. 
 
What you’ll do as a Human Resources Business Process Senior Analyst:
- Subject Matter Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of core HR processes; advise partners on process requirements and best practices  
- Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with HR COEs to develop effective partnership models for rolling out new initiatives 
- Project Management – Develop and maintain project plans; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables. Define operational planning and curate agendas for leadership teams 
- Communication - Own communications to stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks 
- Change Management - Develop change management strategies by identifying key stakeholders, approach, and communication plans for implementation of new processes, technology, and/or tools 
- Training – Continue to facilitate ongoing training, even after initial project launch 
- Operational Excellence – Lead the execution of programs and processes with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and to tools to drive repeatable realization of goals 
- Informed Decisions & Analytics – Leverage existing and develop new methods for process improvements and management; drive improvements based on business case findings and expected outcomes 

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:
- Three to five years of related HR experience or any combination of experience and education that offers the required skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred 
- Proven experience with HRIS applications, the Microsoft suite of products, office equipment, network and inter/intranets 
- The ability to interpret and communicate Bank policies and apply sound judgment when dealing with confidential employee matters 
- The ability to research issues and provide guidance or referral as appropriate to ensure employee concerns are addressed 
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on requests 
- Demonstrated initiative, including a skill for asking appropriate questions to identify the needs and expectations of others 
- Organizational skills and a deadline orientation that allows you to multi-task with a positive attitude, providing an extraordinary level of customer service to internal and external customers/employees 
- Excellent communications skills, including proper telephone etiquette, and proven interpersonal skills that include tact, patience, courtesy and diplomacy 
- Ability to follow/manage processes and experience identifying/executing process improvement ideas
