Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Communications Intern
 
Primary responsibilities will include supporting the communication strategy. This includes maintaining and continuing to develop Bank Operations SharePoint site.
There will be many ad hoc assignments including creating and maintaining tracking logs, editing PPT slides, taking and distributing meeting minutes across various forums, and providing support to strategy team members on related to connecting people and information on multiple topics.

- Highly organized, self-starter, mature mindset, flexible and adaptable to evolving operating environment, committed to learning how to navigate SharePoint Online and use Microsoft 365.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project
 
Job Demands:
- Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
