In Financial Reporting, we are committed to excellence and to providing extraordinary service. We have a team of colleagues who partner with other functional groups to produce quarterly and annual financial reports, as well as to provide guidance to various stakeholders on accounting/reporting issues.
The Senior Analyst is a high impact member of the team involved in all aspects of the financial reporting process. The Senior Analyst ensures that reports not only comply with applicable requirements, but constantly evolve and improve to meet the dynamic needs of the organization and in response to external factors. The Senior Analyst also is at the forefront of financial and regulatory reporting developments, and is a key contributor who works with functional groups on reporting inquiries within the Bank.
What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst:
Prepare financial statements, schedules and disclosures for SEC and FDIC reporting purposes (including Earnings Release, 10-Q, 10-K, Call Report, Proxy, Basel III regulatory disclosures, Investor Presentation), Federal Reserve reporting purposes (including FR2644, TIC reports) and U.S. Census surveys.
Prepare FDIC/Federal Reserve pronouncements log, disclosure checklists and memos.
Implement new disclosures, including documentation of requirements, mock disclosures, peer research and other deliverables, and lead meetings with functional groups.
Calculate FDIC insurance premium assessments and monitor changes to the FDIC insurance premium rulemaking
Research accounting topics/reporting issues, and regularly coordinate and collaborate with other team members and other functional groups.
Monitor and provide guidance on accounting and regulatory developments and communicate the resulting reporting implications. Collaborate with Accounting Policy and other functional groups (for example, Accounting, Finance, Credit Administration, Loan Servicing, Deposit Services) to implement changes in reporting processes.
Proactively make enhancements to reporting processes, and engage in automation projects related to financial reporting.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and reconciliations as necessary.
Lead or assist with ad-hoc accounting/reporting projects as assigned.

Job Demands:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 3 years of experience at a Big 4 (external audit) or mix public accounting/SEC reporting experience
Financial Services or Banking experience preferred
CPA preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Proficient in Word and Excel
Workiva experience a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet tight deadlines

Base salary range
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and a Wellness Program. Annual bonus, incentive pay and/or equity may also apply depending upon the role.
