Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for Vice President of Technology Solutions Delivery, Regulatory Technology. This individual must be able to provide technical expertise and guidance in large, complex environments and must have the ability to build relationships and maintain a portfolio of internal clients in the Regulatory and Corporate domain. This position requires knowledge and experience in technology transformations starting from ideation to successful delivery.
 
What you’ll do as a Vice President of Technology Solutions Delivery, Regulatory Technology
- Establish an engineering vision and lead the team to achieve modern cloud native architecture, improve product quality and achieve faster delivery cadence.
- Lead Strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for product evaluation, development, enhancement, and deployment.
- Develop and be a model for engineering culture at the bank.
- Grow and nurture teams that deliver outstanding results to the customers.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with business and shared vision with security operations.
- Work with engineering, data team, QA and stakeholders to create enterprise-grade, well tested business applications.
- Ensure transformation activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones and are integrated with other work streams, as appropriate.
- Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers, team leads and architects in an effective manner and recommend clearly thought-out solutions.
- Champion of incorporating proven industry-standard processes.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:
- Have strong background on Fraud Security.
- Hands on experience building and implementing Fraud technology within financial industry.
- Expertise in digital and payment related Fraud technology implementation.
- Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key programs.
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
- Experience in building and developing a portfolio of internal clients and meeting their technology needs.
- Experience in building cloud native application using multi cloud platform technology.
- Experience with application portfolio rationalization and migration to modern stack.
- Provides extraordinary service.
- Regulatory & Corporate Technology Experience.
- Knowledge of Security, Compliance, Legal and Audit related processes preferred.
- Furthers the First Republic Bank culture and values.
- BS/BE degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science.
